JD and I had the same major. He was definitely the most mellow fellow in PoliEc. He was a joy to run into on campus because he was so up beat and knowledgeable about a vast amount of esoteric subjects. He was so impressive as a speaker about Nepal and Bhutan at one of our class reunions. RIP friend.
