He was a good doctor who let his own drug addictions make him an abusive hateful man. My life is so much better without his manipulation and abuse. Its a shame he had so many people fooled when really he was just a junkie like me. Only real difference is ive been sober for a decade while he was letting addicts kill themselves in his home. He was a hateful man and i am glad he cant hurt anyone else anymore. All the nice obits in the world wont change him abusing me. Good riddance eric. Worst decade of my life knowing you.
I just found out about Eric. Hadn’t heard from him in a couple months. He was my doctor for 17 years and saved me several times…I WILL miss him very much and he was an amazing man!
I am so terribly sorry to hear aboutDr. nelson passing. While he was in Tulsa, he was my council for upwards of 15 years. I can honestly say I would not be alive if it was not for that man. He will be missed.
Sorry to hear of Eric’s passing. I just drove through Tulsa on the way across country and thought of him. As a fellow Williams B entrymate freshman year, I remember him as a sensitive and grounded person. As an upper classman, he had a radio show on WMS WCFM called Vermillion if I am not mistaken. We shared an interest in (if not an ability for) speaking french and would exchange lines from Le Petit Prince in our best accents. RIP.
